Privacy Policy

This site is a simple set of pages about what Gyahul does. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, so there is very little to tell you.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Who this applies to

This policy covers the website at gyahul.com, operated by Gyahul. It explains what happens to information when you visit these pages. It does not cover any future client engagement, which would be governed by its own written agreement.

What we collect

Nothing that you give us directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login and no comment section anywhere on this site. We do not ask you for your name, email address or anything else, and there is no mechanism here through which you could send it to us.

Like every website, requests to gyahul.com pass through our hosting provider, which records standard technical information in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. That typically includes:

  • The IP address the request came from
  • The browser and operating system reported by your device
  • The page requested, and the date and time
  • The page that referred you, if any

We do not combine this with anything else, do not use it to build a profile of you, and do not sell or share it.

Cookies and browser storage

We set no tracking cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.

If you use the light and dark theme switch, your choice is saved in your own browser using local storage under the key theme. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie of its own to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic. This is a security measure, not a tracking mechanism.

Services we rely on

One, and only one. Cloudflare hosts this site and serves it from its global network. It processes the technical request information described above and handles security filtering, under its own privacy terms.

Everything else a page needs, including the typeface, the stylesheet, the icons and the small amount of JavaScript, is served from gyahul.com itself. Loading a page on this site contacts no other company, sends nothing to an advertising network, and requests nothing from a content delivery network belonging to anyone else.

How long anything is kept

We hold no database and no records of visitors. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes, then discarded automatically.

Your rights

Gyahul is based in Victoria, Australia, and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Depending on where you live, data protection law may also give you the right to request access to personal information held about you, to have it corrected or erased, or to object to its use. In practice we hold no information that identifies you, so there is generally nothing for us to retrieve, correct or delete.

If that changes, for example once we open for enquiries and publish a contact route, this policy will be updated before any such change takes effect.

Children

This site is aimed at organisations and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site develops, particularly when enquiries open. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

Getting in touch

Gyahul is not yet open for enquiries and does not currently publish a contact address. Once we are trading, a contact route will be published on this site and added to this policy. Until then, no personal information is being collected that would require a response from us.
